Privacy
This site collects almost nothing, and it is not a slogan
No cookies are set, no analytics script runs, and no font, image or widget loads from another company’s server. What follows describes that, and then the part that actually matters: what we hold on behalf of a practice.

This website
Every page here is a static file. There is no server running in front of it that could read a header or set a cookie, and the site sets none. Fonts are self-hosted, so no font provider sees your address. There is no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no session recorder and no chat widget.
The hosting provider keeps standard request logs, as any web host does. We do not build profiles from them and there is nothing joining a request to a person.
- Cookies set by this site: none.
- Analytics or advertising scripts: none.
- Third-party resources loaded at runtime: none.
- Outbound links to sources: marked, and they are ordinary links — following one takes you to that company, under their terms.
If you write to us
You send an email, we reply. We keep the correspondence to have the conversation and to remember it afterwards. Ask us to delete it and we will; there is no marketing automation holding a copy.
Data we hold for a practice
When a practice is a customer, patient enquiries submitted through its website are held by us on that practice’s behalf. They are the practice’s data. Each record carries what the person submitted, where they came from, and — when they were shown a consent notice — the exact wording and version of what they agreed to. If the version cannot be identified, the submission is rejected rather than stored with an empty consent field.
In Brazil this processing is governed by the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (Lei nº 13.709/2018), with the practice as controller and Nitentia as processor. The specific data-protection obligations of other markets are handled in the agreement with each practice rather than asserted here, for the same reason the compliance gate stays closed where it has not been verified.
Asking us something about this
Write to hello@nitentia.com. If your question is about data held for a specific practice, that practice is the controller and we will work with them to answer you.
