Pricing
One bracket, and the reason it is a bracket
Nitentia is in production in Brazil with its first practices, so there is one honest price to publish: the Brazilian entry bracket. It is a negotiation range rather than a list price, and pretending otherwise on a pricing page would be the first thing we misled you about.
No per-seat pricing. A two-person practice should not pay twice to answer the same patient.
What it costs
Per practice, per month. The performance component is written into every contract and stays dormant until the meter is something you can open and audit yourself.
The monthly floor
R$ 197 – 297
per practice, per month · Brazil
The website, the patient inbox, the portal and the compliance gate. Where each contract lands inside the bracket depends on the practice, and we say why.
- The generated clinic website, on your own domain
- The patient inbox with source and consent attached
- The clinic portal, unlimited people
- The compliance gate on every publish
Per booked patient
R$ 90 – 180
dormant clause · activates only when auditable
A component in every contract from day one that charges nothing until two conditions hold: the booked-patient meter is visible to you in the portal, and the counting rules are written into the contract.
- Zero until you can read the meter
- Counting rules agreed in writing, not set by us
- No repricing conversation later — the clause is already there
Other markets
≈ US$ 38 – 57
reference conversion, not a local price
The bracket above converted at the European Central Bank reference rate, so you can size it. A local price for a market where we are not yet in production would be a number we made up.
- ≈ MX$ 645 – 970 at the same rate
- Set per practice during the conversation
- Payment rails and invoicing per market
Currency conversions use the European Central Bank reference rate of 19/08/2026 (1 BRL = 3.2737 MXN = 0.19215 USD) and are shown so a reader outside Brazil can size the offer — they are not a quoted price in that currency. Billing is by invoice and instant transfer; there is no card wall in front of a conversation. Both brackets are reviewed after the first three signed contracts.
What it replaces, at published prices
Every line is the vendor’s own public page, with the date we last read it. Where no public price exists, that is what the line says.
Practice-management software
Published tiers: Capim, Simples Dental, Dental Office, Clinicorp. Nitentia does not replace this one — it sits beside it.
R$ 119,90 – 369,90 / mo
Practice-management software, upper tiers
Simples Dental Plus and Pro, billed annually. The tier where a bundled clinic website appears.
R$ 229,08 – 320,74 / mo
A patient-portal listing
Doctoralia, individual professional, annual plans. Clinic pricing is not published.
Doctoralia — preço para profissional (planos anuais) · 20/08/2026
R$ 429 – 679 / mo
A website, built once
One agency’s published prices. Treat it as one data point, not a market rate.
Agência Evolux — preço publicado de site para dentista (uma agência, não o mercado) · 20/08/2026
R$ 900 – 4.000
What the presence layer costs today
R$ 429 – 679 / mo + build
Nitentia
R$ 197 – 297 / mo
The comparison is against the presence and patient-path layer only — the listing, the website and the agency retainer. We do not count the practice-management subscription as replaced, because it is not.
About the price
Why publish a range instead of a number?
Because it is a range. The bracket was set from a unit-economics model and seventeen cited Brazilian benchmarks, and it is reviewed after the first three signed contracts. Publishing a single number would be tidier and less true.
What is the performance component for?
It prices the part of the value that is countable — a patient who actually booked. It is written in from day one so that switching to it later is not a renegotiation, and it charges nothing until you can audit the count yourself.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Some practice-management vendors charge a mandatory implementation fee in month one; the generator is why we do not have to.
How do I pay?
Invoice and instant transfer, per market. Card and recurring automation come later — they are not what is standing between a practice and a working website.
Is there a contract lock-in?
No minimum term. Leaving means taking the config file and the patient records with you.
