The stack a dental practice already pays for

By Nitentia · · 3 min read ·

Brazilian dental software, portal and website prices checked against official sources. Compare billing terms, extras and scope before adding subscriptions.

We reopened the vendors’ pages on 6 September 2026. The amounts below are the prices shown on that date, in Brazilian reais, with their billing terms. They are not a market average or an estimate of every practice’s spending. Prices and conditions can change.

Practice-management software

  • Capim: R$169.90 monthly; R$139.90 per month on an annual instalment plan with a 12-month commitment; R$119.90 per month paid annually up front, totalling R$1,438.80.
  • Simples Dental: Basic R$137.41, Plus R$229.08 and Pro R$320.74 per month, billed annually. Features marked with an asterisk cost extra.
  • Dental Office: monthly Compacto R$39.90, Essencial R$138.52, Avançado R$210.18 and Completo R$298.54. The Completo discount lasts 12 months; Compacto is app-only, for one user and one dentist.
  • Clinicorp: Standard R$159.90 and Premium R$369.90 per month by card. Implementation is mandatory and charged in the first month; usage may incur extra charges.

A monthly equivalent under an annual plan is not a month-to-month contract. Compare the total commitment, users, implementation and usage charges as well. The cheapest tier may cover a different scope.

Professional portal plans and clinic offers

Doctoralia lists Starter, Plus and VIP professional plans as annual contracts with 12 instalments of R$429, R$529 and R$679 respectively. These amounts are not a quote for an entire clinic. Its clinic page directs Doctoralia Pro and Pack Pro + Feegow buyers to request an offer; separate products and extras also exist.

A website can be an add-on

Simples Dental lists a clinic website under Basic with an asterisk, explained as a separately paid service. Doctoralia lists a professional website for an additional R$99 per month, available with all its professional plans. A website is therefore not necessarily confined to the most expensive management tiers, and an add-on price is not a standalone subscription price.

Before buying a separate website, check what you already have: who can edit the content, how the domain works, which pages are included and what happens on cancellation. If your existing service meets your needs, this price list does not establish a reason to replace it.

Build the comparison for your practice

  • List each contract and its purpose: management, portal presence, website, maintenance, advertising or support.
  • Separate implementation and initial creation from recurring fees. For advertising, separate media spend from agency services.
  • Get a quote with scope and terms before adding services whose prices have not been established.

This comparison does not establish a total spending range per practice, an agency market rate or savings from switching. The previous version added amounts for different scopes and generalised about bundled websites; that conclusion has been removed in this revision.

Where Nitentia fits

Nitentia’s website product lets a practice create its public presentation, review the content and publish it. Records, treatment plans and billing are not subscriptions this website replaces. The relevant need is creating or maintaining the practice’s public presence.

There is no Spanish version of this note because we have not read Mexican vendors' pricing pages ourselves. Quoting local prices we did not verify is exactly the kind of number this site refuses to publish; when we do the reading, the note will appear with its sources and dates.
